Q: How do I sign up for an Online Course?
A: Online Course sign-up has a two step process. Steps can be done in any order; however, you will not be able to take the course unless both steps are completed.
First, register with PTX by filling out the Registration form in Contact Us.
Second, click Request to Join on the training of your choice.
Q: Why am I unable to take the quizzes in the Online Courses?
A: This happens when not all previous steps are marked as Completed. Review previous steps and ensure that the steps are completed:
- For Videos, steps should automatically be completed.
- For previous Articles (containing text or images), make sure you clicked Complete Step after entering your answers.
- For previous Quizzes, make sure you clicked Submit after entering your answers.
Q: How do I schedule Clarity Sessions or Fractional Work?
A: Contact us via the Registration form in Contact Us and indicate your interest. We will get back to you quickly with details on the process and costs.
